Industrial incinerators are equipment that provides a solution to a facilitys environmental problems when other waste disposal methods are unfeasible. This complete system decomposes waste through high-temperature combustion (typically ≥ 800°C) to produce CO₂, H₂O, NOx, and ash residue. This reduces waste and reduces its harmfulness, decomposing toxic substances and ensuring emissions comply with environmental standards. Our equipment can process exhaust gases, liquid, and solid waste, either simultaneously or separately. The package typically includes a combustion chamber, waste heat recovery equipment, flue gas cleaning equipment, and boiler auxiliary equipment. Depending on the task (volume, frequency, composition, and temperature of the waste to be destroyed), as well as emissions requirements, a customized selection and combination of equipment, incinerator chambers, modes at each incineration stage, and flue gas recovery and cleaning equipment is performed. It is possible to use both Thermal Oxidizers (TO) and Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTO), which have reduced energy consumption.

Calculation and design

  • Ability to perform computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations.
  • Ability to conduct studies on combustion heat transfer aspects, such as flue gas flow characteristics, temperature distribution, and furnace wall temperature.
  • Ability to perform stress analysis on key structural components of piping and equipment.
  • Ability to use PDMS software to design 3D device models.
