Jet unit on the basis of AVIA engine for cleaning railroad cars
is designed for cleaning railroad freight cars without stopping the train from residues of bulk materials, ice and snow by a stream of directed and heated air from a jet aircraft engine.

It provides **mechanization of the process of heating up railway cars in cold weather at tH < 0°C** before unloading onto the VRS-93M car dumper by blowing with a warm flow from an aircraft gas turbine engine.
It is installed in a sealed box (sea container 6000x2400x2900) – two compartments:
1 – technical compartment with two M701s-500 aircraft engines with electric starting and remote control;
2 – operators cabin with a control panel, electrical equipment, power automatic starting and an electrical panel;
Outside the box there is an exhaust system for mixing the flow from the two engines.

The M701c-500 aircraft gas turbine engine can be used for installation on a railway platform, in a container for cleaning railcars, and on a truck chassis.
Application on ground equipment:
TG-2 and AIST-1 units for cleaning slag and paraffin-salt deposits from oil and gas production pipelines.
TDU-750 and AIST-2 units for disinfecting agricultural premises under complex temperature and chemical conditions.
