Unix Engineering LLC successfully commissioned bulk materials cooling equipment at PhosAgro, Balakovo branch of Apatit JSC

The engineering company Unix Engineering LLC has successfully commissioned bulk materials cooling equipment at PhosAgro, Balakovo branch of Apatit JSC.

On 16.08.2024, the cooling unit of the second section for the production of feed monocalcium phosphate in the mineral salts shop with an SV-50 conductive heat exchanger and a pump module (SV-50 cooling system (SEHENSTAR Energy Technology Suzhou Co. Ltd.) with an air module made in the Russian Federation (air dryer) was accepted into operation in accordance with the PhosAgro questionnaire.

The commission carried out an on-site inspection and acceptance of the equipment. Conclusion:

1. The installation work on the facility presented for acceptance into operation by Unix Engineering LLC was carried out in accordance with the construction norms and rules, current technical conditions and meet the requirements for acceptance of the installation into operation.

2. Unix Engineering LLC carried out commissioning work on the equipment.

3. Unix Engineering LLC specialists together with SEHENSTAR Energy Technology Suzhou Co. Ltd. specialists trained the personnel of BF AO Apatit in the operation and adjustment of the equipment.

Commission decision:

Accept the equipment into operation: conductive heat exchanger SV-50 and pump module (Cooling system SV-50 (SEHENSTAR Energy Technology Suzhou Co. Ltd.), with an air module manufactured in the Russian Federation.
