High-calorific value gas flare system

It is used to purify exhaust gases containing components with high calorific value, such as heavy hydrocarbons and unsaturated hydrocarbon gases.
To suppress the black smoke generated during flare combustion, medium and low-pressure steam, compressed air, blower blowing, etc. are used, achieving smokeless combustion and meeting environmental protection requirements.

Flare system for low calorific value gas

It is used to purify exhaust gases with a high content of non-combustible components and low calorific value, such as those from coke ovens, methanol plants, rectifiers, and other coal-fired chemical plants.
The main components of the plants exhaust gases are H2, CO, and H2O.

Flare system for ammonia and H2S gas

It is used to purify exhaust gases with high pyrolysis temperatures and difficult-to-burn gases such as H2S and NH3.
The combustion efficiency of exhaust gases can be increased to over 99.9% by installing refractory materials in the combustion chamber.

Dismountable flare unit

The demountable above-ground bell-shaped unit is an independently developed parallel tower structure with reasonable structure, small area and low investment.

Ground-mounted closed flare system

A closed flare unit (CFU) is designed for the safe and environmentally controlled flaring (utilization) of associated petroleum gases, process gases, or emergency gas emissions at oil and gas production and processing facilities.
They are characterized by the absence of black smoke, no visible pollution, low thermal radiation, low noise, a small footprint, etc.

Flare system for offshore platform

Sonic Flare torches

A single-point flare system for high-pressure gas combustion. The patented Sonic Flare tip ensures smokeless combustion.
