Steam-air mixture heater (PVS) and steam-gas mixture heating coil (PGS) for the steam reforming unit

Welded coils for the tubular furnaces of the steam reforming unit have been delivered. PVS and PGS coils are made of heat-resistant steel (similar to 15KhM). They are certified for compliance with the requirements of TR CU 032 "On the Safety of Equipment Operating under Excess Pressure" for categories 3 and 4 of vessels used for working fluids of groups 1 and 2 (gas, steam) with a maximum permissible working pressure of up to 20 MPa. The design parameters of the welded elements are: Temperature – 630°C; Working pressure – 3.8 MPa; Test pressure with a holding time of at least 20 minutes – 6.0 MPa.
